RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contribute to the development of strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and deliver amazing customer experiences - Establish and manage the technical product roadmap, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility - Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities - Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- 10+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
- 7+ years of managing a team of product managers and 3+ years experience leading managers and senior individual contributors
- Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with sophisticated interdependencies
- Experience demonstrating data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
- Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and project management methodologies
- Comfort with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
- Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
