Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a cybersecurity practitioner, cybersecurity consultant, or technical cybersecurity solution Customer Success Manager role working with SIEM, SOAR, and threat intel.
Experience working with SoC teams and executive security stakeholders.
Experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure SecOps solutions (SIEM and SOAR).
Experience with managing internal or external customer-facing projects to completion while working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in security architecture or security engineering.
Experience in Cloud Security delivery in a customer-facing role.
Experience understanding cybersecurity landscape, SIEM and SOAR migrations, detection strategies, incident response, and automating SoC workflows.
Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.
