General Sales Support-2
Your role:
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics
- Process Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone & email
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, part availability, etc…
- Provide a high level of customer service & support from order entry to delivery
- Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order
- Be the main point for customer inquiries relating to all types in inquiries such as order pricing, order status, returns and product information for consumables and some Capital Equipment.
You´re the right fit if:
- You have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You possess a very strong phone presence for taking inbound calls and making outbound cold calls as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders
- You have ability to apply persuasive selling skills via telephone to address customer needs
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
