- Monitoring and manage the AWS infrastructure framework services, roles, keys, permissions, exceptions, scaling, patches- Serve as a trusted advisor for Ring CS Technology Enablement as a technical subject matter expert- Define the integration architecture and services definitions for interactions end-to-end between systems- Advice the program management on the technology/external dependencies on delivering new feature requests and helping build the work back plans
- Design Inspector architecture
- Security/Privacy/ASR Intakes

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional complex teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 4+ years of experience with Contact Center products/programs (CRM, CMS, Knowledge Management, Telephony, WFM, Automation, Personalization, Security, etc)
- 2+ defining security Architect
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience

- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- 4+ years of product or program management experience
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
