- Over 5 years of strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Tax, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
- A proven track record in managerial, organizational, and project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong professional writing and analytical skills.
- Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work in different teams.
