What you’ll do
The overall objective is client centricity, solutioning to build a strong portfolio whilst also identifying cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase the share of wallet.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, increase revenues and contribute towards the teams goals.
- Liaise across geographies and leverage Citi’s geographical presence.
- Liaise with product partners and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
- Liaise with internal stake holders to ensure an excellent client experience from onboarding to structuring solutions to become a thought partner to our clients.
- Supports the Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals that balance risk and reward thereby adhering to the required risk and controls framework.
- Responsible for putting up and monitoring credit provided to clients
- Assists the Commercial Subsidiaries Head in research and Business development, projects and initiatives as is required by the business
- Maximizes client experience by proactively sharing markets updates, trends and intelligence.
What we’ll need from you
- 5-8 years of experience
- Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently
- Sound knowledge of banking, investment products and processes, as well as a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
- Demonstrates core credit skills
- Demonstrates an intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
- Demonstrates ability to close deals and proficiently manage the credit origination process, gather and maintain credit documentation and monitor accounts
- Demonstrates advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling and statement analysis
- Passion for exploring new business opportunities with existing clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients’ needs.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
