Order Management Officer
You are responsiblefor
- Develop and maintain the relationship with I/E companies, dealers, and endusers.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with Sales; Factories; F&A Commercial Admin.; CS
- Make sure all operation steps are complied with company policies and requirements, able to show evidence in order file if applicable
- Make sure all key business control points are properly managed with reliable and practical way of management
- Get familiar with SAP logic and make sure all system entry are fulfilled correctly
- Ensure no internal/external audit finding according SOP and WI
- Ensure no complain from internal entire team or external endusers for logistic issues
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting; Economics; Finance or Business Management
- 1~2 Years experience in logistics management is an advantage
- Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
- Be familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Familiar with SAP is an advantage
- High responsiveness
- Sensitive to the figures
- Willing to work under pressure
- Good inter-personal skills
