Order Management Officer

You are responsiblefor

• Develop and maintain the relationship with I/E companies, dealers, and endusers.
• Develop and maintain the relationship with Sales; Factories; F&A Commercial Admin.; CS
• Make sure all operation steps are complied with company policies and requirements, able to show evidence in order file if applicable
• Make sure all key business control points are properly managed with reliable and practical way of management
• Get familiar with SAP logic and make sure all system entry are fulfilled correctly
• Ensure no internal/external audit finding according SOP and WI
• Ensure no complain from internal entire team or external endusers for logistic issues

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting; Economics; Finance or Business Management
• 1~2 Years experience in logistics management is an advantage
• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Be familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Familiar with SAP is an advantage
• High responsiveness
• Sensitive to the figures
• Willing to work under pressure
• Good inter-personal skills
