Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialistin our Regional Shared Service Center based in Sofia, Bulgaria whose main responsibility will be to support daily accounting operations of an EY office in CESA.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day operational tasks.
• Handling payables and liaising with suppliers as required.
• Preparation of reports and reconciliations as required.
• Processing invoices and credit notes.
• GL coding of invoices in compliance with internal and external rules.
• VAT, WHT or other tax coding of the invoices in accordance with statutory rules.
• Follow-up on approval of invoices and payments.
• Reconciling AP/AR statements.
• Liaising with suppliers/customers and business administrators.
• Preparing and processing payment runs for AP role.
• Other administrative and accounting duties and related tasks as required.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly organised individual with attention to detail.
• Good multitasking and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.

Desirable Skills:

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Bachelor of Commerce / AAT qualification or are pursuing ACCA. Work experience in an accounting department will be considered an asset.
