Key Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing projects or programs, including large, cross-functional contact center or support initiatives, preferably with an emphasis on technology solutions
- Contact Center operations and process experience
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Financial Services regulatory experience (preferred)
- Medical device experience in a quality/compliance role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships within the cross-functional teams
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of program/project management experience, ideally with PMI, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
