What you'll do

We are looking for a passionate and experienced User experience design specialist to join a new engineering team.

• Deeply understand the business goal and customer goals, balancing them to create impact
• Contribute to feature direction by suggesting ideas and enhancements to improve the overall experience
• Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution for the problem space or feature.
• Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create cohesive, best-in-class experiences to our most challenging and high impact areas.
• Work with all development process contributors, e.g., Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Project Management, Scrum Masters, Developers, User Assistance Developer and DevOps to establish and execute a flawless development process.
• Deliver first class results, by handling your tasks with enthusiasm and personal commitment.
• Build future-proof products using state of the art technologies.

What you bring

• Education
  • Degree or master’s in human computer Interaction, Design or equivalent
• Design:
  • Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively
  • Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development
  • Collaborate closely with designers on the team to gather feedback, define features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area
  • Collaborate with other designers to identify opportunities for standardization and incorporate recommendations for components.
• Process
  • Knowhow of agile development practices (SCRUM)

Work Experience

• Comes from Cloud/SaaS and/or Digital enterprises, is used to working in high growth and fast-paced technology firms
• Track record of design excellence and bringing high quality products to market (5 years of experience in product design or UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing product impact
• Ability to think long- and short-term to meet the constraints of the product requests while iterating toward a future vision
• Clear communication skill and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions.
• High curiosity. Comfortable in ambiguity and able to solve problems through building effective relationships across the organization. Ability to learn and change.
• Worked in the global teams with high levels of collaboration.
• Good writing & presentation skills
• Strong customer focus
