YOUR FUTURE ROLEIn this role you will be working in a cross-functional team in charge of 4,500 SAP Signavio customers globally. The Virtual Customer Success team strives to embody customer focus, collaboration, and trust. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products that people love to use. - Manage the overall customer relationship in alignment with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Product Management, Professional Services and Renewal Executives
- Engage with customers in a pooled model and proactively manage your own customer portfolio by delivering both 1:1 and 1:many sessions
- Be accountable for your customers’ overall success, including administrative topics, ensuring adoption and renewal of SAP Signavio solutions
- Improve customer facing processes and scalable outreaches
- Act as an interface between Product Management and the customer to drive product development and improvements
- Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio strategists
- Create scalable content, such as best practices and Community articles
YOUR PROFILE
- Prior experience in Customer Service or in a customer facing role
- Proven ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and lead communication campaigns
- Proven ability to proactively engage across functions (Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management & others) to support a customer community
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in email marketing and content creation
- Experience in SAP Signavio usage, business process management / business process consulting (optional)
- Passion for innovation, customers and their success
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in German and English
