What will you be doing:

• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, MidJourney and others , to develop learning solutions
• Working with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex products, processes and systems
• Identifying the target audience’s learning needs
• Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
