Instructional Designer responsibilities include:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course materials.
• Utilize creative storytelling techniques to make complex information accessible and engaging.
• Work with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex products, processes, and systems.
• Identify the target audience’s training needs.
• Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance learning.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance the development and delivery of training materials, ensuring they are innovative and effective.
• Manage learning platforms, including the LMS: system administration, updating materials, creating content and learning paths, promoting usage, monitoring, and running reports.
