Develop your Partners
You will be responsible for developing relationships with dedicated partners and distributors (Carriers, VARs, SIs, MSPs). You will increase revenue from existing channel partners, develop pipeline and generate new business, mainly within the DACH region.
As a Senior Channel Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing strategic partnerships to maximize territory opportunities through new accounts and meeting sales quotas.
- Creating and managing a sales pipeline with forecast accuracy to prospective customers in collaboration with your partners.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our Akamai propositions and products to effectively identify potential partnerships.
- Managing contract negotiations when recruiting partners, ensuring a seamless service.
- Collaborating with Partner Enablement Managers to generate sales, training, and certifications.
- Working with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure customers' requirements are successfully delivered

- Have relevant experience in Channel sales and Partner Management.
- Have experience within the Enterprise Security market (Zero Trust, Network Security).
- Have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholders.
- Be fluent in German and English
