You’ll build services, tools, and automation to manage global datacenter fiber operations, fiber maintenances, hardware diagnostics, and network recovery. Required Qualifications:

• Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product specific EngineeringCertifications.
• Proven expertise building and deploying autonomous AI agents and workflow automation at scale.
• Extensive experience with orchestration platforms such as Temporal or similar workflow automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience designing management and observability interfaces for complex distributed systems.
• Practical experience in large-scale optical network infrastructure operations.
• 3+ Years experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering experience with coding in Python, Java, C#, or Go.
