We are looking for a, you will develop of core services that form the foundation of the platform. This platform empowers applications focused on security, governance, and compliance, providing unified experience for managing data across multiple clouds.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience designing, developing, or maintaining secure software systems , with applied knowledge of authentication , data protection , access control , and secure coding practices.
  • 8+ years of experience working with distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark , Databricks , or similar technologies to transform and manage large - scale datasets .
  • 8+ years of experience designing and developing scalable solutions using microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., REST, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • 4+ years of experience building consensus and resolving conflicts across cross - functional teams to drive alignment and effective decision - making .
  • 2+ years of experience leading managers within software engineering , with demonstrated success in scaling teams , developing leadership talent , and driving cross-functional alignment in complex technical environments.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.

  • Foster a Culture of Quality : Encourage accountability, testing, and performance optimization across teams.
