As Commercial Pricing Manager you will own the commercial pricing responsibilities for the Patient Care Solutions consumables portfolio for our International region and will drive profitable growth. Key areas of focus include ensuring accurate customer entitled pricing across all part number catalogues and through our multiple commercial channels and quoting tools and ongoing ASP and profitability management for the current portfolio and new product launches. This role will work cross-functionally with region configuration management leaders, global product managers and marketing, operations, and service to ensure that our end customers receive the correct price for clinical accessories regardless of the used ordering channel. This is a remote role, candidates for this role are located in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic list price audits to ensure alignment with and customer contract price across all quoting tools.
- Work with country sales leaders to improve how customer contract pricing is maintained.
- Support country sales leaders with contract renewal pricing to ensure alignment with price gain objectives.
- Align and maintain the list of accessories available to order across ordering platforms including Apttus, eCommerce, Price books, and Sales Workbench. Ensure the correct part numbers are available in each country in collaboration with product management, regions, and regulatory.
- Manage the parts lifecycle through management of new product introductions and end of sale/service support activities
- Understand local market to optimize list prices.
- Implement yearly price adjustments in alignment with global and regional price gain objectives.
- Track sales price index/margin monthly to define and implement strategies and mitigations to maximize profitability.
- Analyze monthly price gain against target and implement actions based on findings
- Perform quarterly audits on Inventory Carry Value (ICV) cost changes and implement list price and customer contract price changes
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or commercial finance or in a similar field.
- Relevan experience in pricing management, commercial finance or in working within a sales organization
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience to use financial data analysis to define and implement strategies aligned with key stakeholders
- Experience with procurement and systems integration in the healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams, and to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
