KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee project administrationactivities, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure alignment and successful program delivery
• Monitor project progress and identifyareas for improvement
• Drive operational efficiency andimplement best practices
• Support the Project Manager instrategic decision-making and resource allocation
Responsible for the various project related activities whichincludes:
Support for the Material tracking, GR, PR, PO Process
Support for the coordination with the factory for the Material and FAT activities.
Responsible for all the dispatch related activities.
Coordination with various suppliers to expedite the material deliveries.
Shall be also responsible for new part code creations for the material.
Coordinate with various functions like Commercials, Engineering and Taxation.
Accountable for the GR of the material dispatched to the customer.
Closure of all open PR / POs in the system and alignment with the GCC team.
Inventory Liquidation.
WE VALUE • 5+ years of experience in projectadministration or related roles
• Strong organizational andcoordination skills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in across-functional team environment
YOUMUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration or a related field
• Experience in the Automation industryor related technology field
• Knowledge of project managementmethodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
