As a Business Contracts Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment that values insight, creative thinking, problem solving, intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset. You will work closely with internal business, sales, legal, platform and other stakeholders to drive effective contract management and business decisions. As a key partner in negotiating contracts with prospective customers, this role is essential in the execution of an agreement to manage and mitigate risk and lay out the responsibilities of the parties.

Process ImprovementBecome familiar with our end-to-end contract negotiation process and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and accelerate deals
:You will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders including the line of business, legal, compliance and data security groups to determine what risks are truly material in each transaction.
BasicQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in RevOps supporting deal management including contract evaluation, negotiation or execution
PreferredQualifications:
4+ years of experience in RevOps, Procurement, or Supply Chain experience
4+ years of experience in reviewing contract redlines and proposals for B2B SaaS products
4+ years of experience creating, executing, contracting and negotiation strategies
Experience in customer-facing roles, either in a sales or contract negotiations role
