What you'll do

Work closely with the Global Head of Customer Success in key activities such as:

• Preparation of strategic document to support discussions within Customer Success and across departments
• Analysis of key trends and supporting with follow-ups across the organization, supporting acceleration of critical projects
• Discussions regarding account handovers and critical process analysis and information consolidation

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Management
• Computer skills: Great PowerPoint & Excel Skills + previous experience in both
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a Plus
• Soft skills: Great communication skills, highly dedicated, team player, ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Others: at least 1 previous work experience, internships in consulting is preferred
