Job Area:
As Staff Manager, Marketing - Partner Programs, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, evolving the programmatic structure, and driving co-marketing programs for Qualcomm Advantage Network (QAN), a company-wide partner program that unites diverse business initiatives into one unified network.
You will work with and inspire global, regional, local marketing, and cross-functional teams by defining and facilitating high impact growth strategies through partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage and evolve program operations, addressing changing business requirements and opportunities for greater efficiencies and benefits to Qualcomm and its partners
Build business requirements and lead cross-functional team of business analyst, IT, and digital staff in planning and executing program advancements through CRM and web journeys
Drive analytics structure, working collaboratively with partner initiative leads, business intelligence, and IT to improve ability to track and measure KPIs and make data-driven decisions on partner priorities
Work in partnership with headquarter and regional marketing, sales and sales enablement staff to create and execute lead generation strategies, campaigns and go-to-market plans with key partners
Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with a steering committee of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure close alignment with initiative-specific goals and activations and network-wide co-marketing programs
Work closely with Marketing Analytics, IT and Partner Sales to understand impact of partner marketing programs and optimize performance, investment, and channel efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in B2B partner or field marketing with 2 years of experience building and leading marketing teams
Experience with cross-functional partnerships with global, regional, and local teams
Experience in program and project management, including working with external agencies/stakeholders
Ability to think out-of-the-box, analyze problems, execute effectively, and deliver work against deadlines and budgets
Experience building, developing, and running multiple partner campaigns at a global scale
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/PRM solutions
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments
Excellent strategic marketing, thought leadership, and organizational skills

Pay range:
$161,500.00 - $242,500.00
