Key Responsibilities:

• Overallfinancial ownership of the PMC businesses across the META region coveringOrders, Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income and Cash.
• Partnerwith business teams to understand deals, drive forecast accuracy and path toachieving quarterly and annual targets
• Singlepoint of contact to handle PMC escalations for the META region. Liaise withglobal PMC where necessary to ensure coordination and alignment
• Demonstrates a high degree of business acumen and is able toquickly grasp the business model and key business drivers to lead growth agendaof the business.
• Develops strong relationship with the business and commercialleaders in the region to quickly become a trusted business partner
• Single point of contact for all PMC entity/stat related auditissues – internal and external
• Plays the role of financial adviser and business advocate whilstmaintaining compliance to financial controls, policies and principles
• Coordinate and lead financial forecasting for the businessincluding weekly pulse meetings to discuss latest forecast, risks withmitigation plans and opportunities with action plans to deliver financialresults.
• Leads the annual planning process (AOP) for the region and themonthly financial review. Performs ad-hoc analysis to determine business trendsand provide decision support with financial information.
• Works closely with the regional and global supply chain leadershipto drive regional revenue, ensuring robust process and KPI’s including past duetracking.
• Drives cash flow improvement initiatives for the region. Liaisonwith collections team to understand root cause of receivable past dues anddrive timely resolution with the business teams.
• Reviews General accounting activities. Ensures books are closed incompliance with accounting rules and policies. Works with regional and globalcontrollers as needed to support business specific needs. Overall, ensures arobust internal controls environment.

• Professionally qualified with 7 -10+ years of experience includingpost qualification experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Similar Finance manager or FP&A Manager role in a multi national environment
• Experience with leading finance in a Products and Manufacturing business preferred
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
• Strong work ethic with hands on approach
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to drive process improvements in a global environment
• Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial people
• Self-motivated, flexibleand results oriented

• Masters degree in Finance or CPA.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Hyperion and Excel.
• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
• Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbes-Oxley and Internal controls.
• Good oral and written communication.
