What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Provide end-to-end project oversight, from real estate handoff through design, construction execution, and final handover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and controls to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across all phases: concept, design, execution, and punch list resolution
- Direct contractors, enforcing standards for safety, cost, schedule, and quality
- Track project budgets and deliver forecast reports to management with precision
- Coordinate site inspections with local AHJ and contractors to meet regulatory and project closeout
- Create data-driven PowerPoint presentations with charts and graphs to communicate progress to diverse stakeholders
- Minimum of 4+ years in construction and project management, with experience in manufacturing R&D and/or warehouse infrastructure strongly preferred
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, plus 4-6 years of field experience, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of construction administration, including contracts, budgets, construction documents, change orders, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and material procurement
- Good communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical topics with contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills—spotting potential issues early and addressing them effectively
- Strong grasp of forecast planning and budgeting
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills for creating clear, impactful charts and graphs
