Description
Responsibilities include:- Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory and providing regular inventory reports to management- Provides input to forecasting, budgeting, and purchasing processes for data center consumables- Daily operations and inventory room oversight using Lean and 5S principles- Develop, document, and improve operational policies and procedures- Develop, refine, and report KPI’s to measure operational performance and process compliance. Use KPIs to further refine operational policies and procedures- Maintains inventory accuracy though cycle counts and physical inventory programs. Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies- Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures- Other duties as required and assigned
Key Qualifications
- Prior inventory management and or supply chain experience
- Familiarity with ERP and manual inventory practices
- Ability to communicate and execute in a fast paced environment
- Process improvement and standardization
- Experience working with multifunctional teams and providing peer leadership
- Highly motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, meet assigned deadlines and handle various tasks at one time in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree is beneficial
Additional Requirements
- Experience with SAP, Excel, inventory management software, and inventory tracking practices is preferred.
