Performs daily cycle counts of on-site materials providing accurate cycle count metrics to inventory control and financial leaders while meeting/exceeding cycle count objectives and KPI’s each week/month
Ability to maintain and reference Inventory records as needed
Identifies on-site inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams for the purpose of obtaining high levels of inventory accuracy. Performs and assists with variance reconciliation, and correction transactions
Complete daily quality inspections, verifying pick accuracy and provide discrepancy feedback for on-site root cause and correction by the warehouse team
Review network quality claims, investigates root causes to provide reconciliation and monitor claim status to completion
Audit network warehouse locations for accurate inventory, slotting, labeling and best practice execution
Use computers, scanners, printers, and specialized software to identify and verify material while assisting with general material handling and inventory control activities as required
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience as a cycle counter or inventory control associate and knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent)
Strong computer and analytic skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required)
Attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies
Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to changing priorities
Trained to operate mobile equipment, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days (Valid driver's license required)
Must be able to lift up-to 30 lbs. on a regular, and repetitive basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis and collaborate effectively across Warehouse stakeholders
