Service & Solutions Delivery Specialist (fixed term till 08/2025)

As aServices & Solutions Delivery Specialistwithin Installed Base process you are responsible for the registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents.As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs.

Your role:

• Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents
• Maintaining customer installed base for parts consumption and removal of defective items
• Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits
• Updating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operational
• Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
• Developing and maintaining high standards of communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if you have:

• Fluent English
• Professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain or accounting operations (al least 2 years)
• You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communication
• You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
• Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
• The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
• Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
