What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Set Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear vision and strategy for KYC/KYB workflows by understanding the needs of customers, operations, product, compliance/risk etc.
• Process implementation: Lead the design and implementation of KYC/KYB processes, covering analytical, technological, and operational aspects; manage projects to ensure successful execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams. Build trust and foster a collaborative team environment with stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared project goals.
• KPI Design and Monitoring: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, utilizing data to identify trends, improvement areas, and strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Innovation & Automation : Develop SOPs, identify opportunities for automation, and introduce innovative processes to achieve operational excellence.

For this role, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• At least 5 years of working experience and proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving results.
• Preferred experience in Payment and Fintech companies, and strong knowledge of KYC/KYB domains.
• Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.
• Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
