Set Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear vision and strategy for KYC/KYB workflows by understanding the needs of customers, operations, product, compliance/risk etc.
Process implementation: Lead the design and implementation of KYC/KYB processes, covering analytical, technological, and operational aspects; manage projects to ensure successful execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams. Build trust and foster a collaborative team environment with stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared project goals.
KPI Design and Monitoring: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, utilizing data to identify trends, improvement areas, and strategies for optimal outcomes.
Innovation & Automation : Develop SOPs, identify opportunities for automation, and introduce innovative processes to achieve operational excellence.
For this role, you have:
Bachelor’s degree and above.
At least 5 years of working experience and proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving results.
Preferred experience in Payment and Fintech companies, and strong knowledge of KYC/KYB domains.
Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.
Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams.
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
