Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement in On Time, in Full (OTIF) performance for Wholesale partners and implement corrective actions for identified performance gaps.
Maintain a focus on cost and profitability within the wholesale logistics landscape, and initiate actions to address key cost drivers.
Work with the finance department to establish transparency regarding wholesale logistics costs.
Enable fact-based decision-making by creating transparency on priorities, deliverables, sequencing, and timelines of major business initiatives within the wholesale channel.
Create analytics frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision-making across cross-functional assessments.
Continuously refine and standardize wholesale supply chain processes to align with customer hierarchy, company priorities, and supply chain capabilities.
Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by leveraging analytics to provide critical insights and ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans within the wholesale Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Advanced skills in Power BI for dashboards and data visualization
SQL skills for data querying and management is a plus
Knowledge in SAP AFS, SAP PGR is a plus
Familiarity with supply chain processes is a plus.
Good communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Results-oriented and goal-driven
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Higher education degree in Finance, Logistics, Suply Chain Management or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience in SCM, Sales, Finance, or Analytics departments.
General knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) is appreciated but not required.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
