The Partnership Development Lead is patient, understanding, ego-free, and eager to give and receive feedback. They have deep expertise in developing strategy and novel business models in health and leading partner product engagements. Other responsibilities include:∙ Defining Needs and Possible Solutions: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to translate operational, business and clinical needs from partners or the healthcare industry into user-friendly solutions, define product requirements and design innovative business or partnership models that drive product adoption.This is a site-based role.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare strategy and partnership
  • Consistent track record of developing novel healthcare business models or healthcare product partnerships from concept to launch
  • Deep understand of the healthcare market globally - providers, payors, governments, digital technology solutions and understanding the varying perspectives that influence care - including reimbursement, common software used, and clinical workflows.
  • An MBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize information, simplify sophisticated concepts, and build consensus with large cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically, see around corners, plan several steps ahead, make connections and clear roadblocks
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
