In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that the system supports both teams. Additionally, you will design advanced internal products for both designers and developers, further expanding the diversity and impact of your role within the company.
You will join our Design Team based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that the system supports both teams. Additionally, you will design advanced internal products for both designers and developers, further expanding the diversity and impact of your role within the company.
You will join our Design Team based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Be an integral part of monday’s Design System team
- Own the Figma Design System files
- Collaborate closely with engineering to build robust, polished components
- Define and own the Design System change process
- Create and manage the Design System documentation
- Proactively identify areas for improvements to the Design System
- Work with designers on products to ensure they are leveraging the Design System effectively
- Own and leverage monday’s design language and aesthetic in collaboration with the design development and brand teams
- Work closely with our foundation teams on full design process on developers and designers experiance products
- 4+ years of experience in designing complex systems/platforms
- 2+ years of experience working on design systems at a product-focused company
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Figma’s component libraries
- Passionate about design systems and their impact
- High mastery of Figma, including its advanced capabilities
- Experience in close collaboration with R&D teams
- Positive attitude and excellent social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of the team
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Pragmatic work approach to meet deadlines while allowing room for future iteration
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
