including piloting, scaling, and evolving enterprise-wide marketing competencies and frameworks,

creating resources and workshops, and developing creative ways to facilitate knowledge sharing across

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner effectively across functions and levels to design and implement key marketing capability
  • initiatives that support empowering marketers to deliver differentiated value at Boston Scientific
  • Support internal global launch of new global marketing framework designed to drive customer centricity, consistency, efficiency, and value creation
  • Lead the team in building library of core marketing resources by gathering best practices and then assessing and closing resource gaps with internal and external partners
  • Execute pilot of new Marketing Competency model and lead comprehensive US rollout
  • Design and deliver workshops with cross-functional teams to help embed consistent marketing practices across the Enterprise
  • Work with business unit and regional marketing teams to assess engagement/impact, identify any gaps, and update the marketing framework roadmap
  • Establish tools and processes to standardize knowledge capture and best practice sharing across the enterprise
  • Collaborate across the Corporate Marketing and Global Brand team to help define value and measure impact of programs
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful action

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years of marketing (product, digital, operations) experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the key principles of marketing and how to apply them
  • Ability to think strategically and turn strategy into impactful action
  • Customer centric mindset and ability to identify unmet needs and insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to synthesize information and develop compelling messages in presentations, written communication, marketing materials, meetings with leadership
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and innate drive to problem solve
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
