- Support back-end and/or front-end development efforts with cross-functional teams for the HAMR application - HAMR is a 3M Marketing Technologies application intended to empower marketers across the business to achieve data research & analytical requirements that drive strategic business decisions.
- Implement changes that will impact internal processes on behalf of the team.
- Support integration efforts across both supporting and consuming business systems as needed.
- Willingness to assist different teams across the business that may be looking for guidance or project support related to the HAMR application.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
- Flexible and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to attend to daily stand-up meetings with the scrum team virtually.
Minimum Qualifications:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- ssociates degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or similar with at least 4 years of relevant experience or
- Batchelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or similar with at least 3 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience or knowledge with one or more of the following:
- Database management
- PHP development
- Elasticsearch
- Apache Spark
- Javascript/Vue
- Scala
- Fluent in English (B2+)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven history of continuous education of best practices and skills related to this role
- A willingness to learn
- An ability to effectively communicate and to educate others is a plus
- Experience working with enterprise PIM, DAM or ERP systems and processes
