Retail Account Manager



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth and ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and implement business plan with key customers to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock level and internal share.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and category team to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives.

  • Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to discuss performance, promotions, flyers and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare reports, business review, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners.


Education & Experience

  • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 3-10 years of work experience, preferably in retail field.

  • Good knowledge of English and Italian language.
