Team Leadership:

  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands and minimize lead times.

  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency in Tape and Reel processes.

  • Lead the team on the investigation analysis on the customer complaints.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of operator and inspectors in Tape and Reel processes,

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient production flow and meet daily targets.

Production Management:

  • Oversee daily production operations in the Tape and Reel area, ensuring optimal output while maintaining quality standards.

  • Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.

  • Manage production resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

  • Coordinate with vendor and monitor inventory to ensure availability of materials.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, quality, and safety.

  • Support on area.

  • Other tasks related to operations assigned based on business needs.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards through regular inspections and testing.

  • Implement corrective actions for any non-conformance and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant operations experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant operations experience with 2+ of those years involving leadership experience.
