Manage specific functional area in Operations and be accountable for achieving all productivity and quality targets
Train, manage, and develop all Operations associates
Maintain full working knowledge of the timekeeping system (Kronos), performance/labor management system (GoalPost) and WMS (MARC) platforms
Manage the collection, reporting and feedback regarding operations functions using GoalPost, SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting
Report on operations metrics to evaluate functional area performance in productivity, quality, and safety
Create a positive team environment that encourages all associates to provide insights and feedback to improve processes, adapt to an ever-changing business, and stay focused on internal/external customer satisfaction
Track employee attendance, evaluate employee performance, and deliver feedback as needed/required
Maintain all OSHA safety standards including all reporting of accidents, injuries, damages, and potential risks to safety

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience operating in high-volume distribution operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to effectively and efficiently interact with associates and management team.
Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
Proficient analytical and data manipulation skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
The job requires extensive walking and standing on hard surfaces
Regularly required to talk, hear; sit, stand and/or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, Lift, operate, push, pull, bend, and/or twist for up to ten Cl 2) hours/day
Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel and/or crouch
Occasionally lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
Ability to work safely on elevated surfaces (2" level mezzanine)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in distribution/warehouse operations
Supervisory/leadership experience in leading teams of 10 or more
