About the Role
You will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing new SaaS partner relationships, helping them monetize financial services and create differentiated value for their customers. Working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing, you will ensure our solutions are positioned to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable impact.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects of diverse scope to manage partnerships.
  • Resolve complex problems related to partnerships.
  • Implement initiatives resulting in global process improvements.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Understand and influence business trends impacting partnerships.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or payments.

  • Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics.

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid-to-large complex deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-starter, results-oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $198,000 to $339,900
