We are looking for a talented individual to join the Ford Pro EU CRM team, as part of the wider Ford Pro Digital Marketing function. The focus of the role will be to help drive the organisation towards a digital first, omni-channel customer experience for all stakeholders of Ford Pro.
The key responsibilities of the Senior CRM & Digital Campaign Strategist will be to develop, deploy and optimise Ford Pro campaigns, supporting customer lifecycles, key product launches/promotions across the five pillars of Ford Pro and to support EU market teams in deploying tactical campaigns to help meet local and central targets.
