Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting Licensing Agreements, Engineering Agreements, Guarantee Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Collaboration and Joint Development Agreements.
  • Drafting Distributorship Agreements and Sales and Purchase Agreements for various types of commercial transactions
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders to help sell new products and offerings, enter new markets and reduce legal exposure.
  • Negotiate agreements with external customers and other counterparties.
  • Provide compliance trainings and guidance on antibribery/anticorruption, sanctions, export controls, and antitrust/competition law.
  • Interpret new laws and regulations and their impacts on the business.
  • Provide coaching and development for junior lawyers.
  • Perform due diligence work for various types of transactions including M&A.

The annual base salaryrange for this position is $185,000 - $225,000. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factorswhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Juris Doctor (JD).
  • 5+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm or in-house law department.
