Responsibilities:

• Highly skilled individual with exposure in analysing technology environment, identifying gaps, creating solution prototype, understanding business outcome, convincing solution adaptation, develop and driving security roadmap.
• Finding the most appropriate technical solution with TCO consideration to solve existing business problems.
• Present to customers as a trusted technical advisor and solution stack provider through a consultative approach.
• Drive technical solutioning of Fortinet solution in SecOps, derive use case and architectural design to incorporate Fortinet solution into SOC environment.
• Architect and design reference architecture adapting the concept to protect, detect, analyse, respond and remediate.
• Field and deals focused, evangelizing solution offering, lead and front customer engagement on technical front for strategic or large opportunities in Singapore.
• Formulate technical win strategies and discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and work with account team to formulate best approach to win offering in account.
• Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security in the Singapore vertical. Landscape that partner/customer needs to be aware of and planning to deal with when moving to the next generation infrastructure and service offering.
• Collaborate and work close with local SE team and Regional technical team, while sharing feedback from the field and promoting new technical requirements (RFEs).
• Provide design consultation and best practice guidance.
• Develop relationships with technology alliances and partners SA who will be critical to winning over new top-tier customers.

Requirements:

• BSC, BEng or equivalent and 8+ years of experience with technical SE / SA and SOC, Incident responses, Penetration testing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding in concepts of mitigating attack vectors and defense in depth.
• Experience in Software Define Networking, Network Firewall virtualization and Orchestration.
• Strong knowledge and comfortable with high degree of activities in API scripting, Python, Golang, Shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Security Operation Centre workflow, Incident Analysis and Incident Handling approach.
• Good knowledge on security strategies for container and micro service platform.
• Good knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Anti-Virus, Advance Threat Prevention, Web Application Firewall, Distributed Denied of Services, Application Delivery Controller, and Mail security, Deep Packet Inspection, Deception Technology, EDR.
• Good knowledge on upcoming security and networking trends and ability to stitch Fortinet suite of products into a turnkey solution to develop a sustainable and efficient security ecosystem.
• Good understanding on virtualization platform and service chaining.
• Strong advocate of consultative-based approach in solutioning and selling.
• Good team player and highly motivated individual with strong problem solver mentality.
• Preferably with achievement on CISA, CISSP, GIAC, OSCP, CREST, FCNSP NSE, AWS CSA or MCSE.
