Key job responsibilities
• Partner with cross functional teams to drive process optimization, standardization and implementation of programs
• Communicate regularly with Stakeholders and identify relevant KPIs to track and report the health status of the program
• Relay market needs and customer feedback to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical Support
• Lead and advocate business opportunities to the VP level
• Solve for complex problems independently
• Design and implement solutions that remove manual process and enable stakeholders to manage the business more effectively
• Execute high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance
• Plan resourcing, analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics; identify trends and opportunities to improve processes
• Deliver results for customers by creating scalable, long-term mechanisms to drive product features, to deliver customer-focused products and solutions.
• Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis and make recommendations for improvement area
• Assess risks, anticipate challenges and provide escalation management when necessary
• Serve as a key influencer in developing and auditing business strategy, and monitoring key metrics, seller feedback, and learnings to deliver programmatic optimizations
• Review and implement program and process optimization
• Prepare timely, clear, concise, and insightful narratives and executive reports synthesizing key results, trends, customer anecdotes, and recommendationsArlington, VA, USA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
