Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager specializing in public sector risk, you will lead the charge in managing and mitigating risks for our government and public sector clients. Your role will involve strategic leadership, complex problem-solving, and driving innovation. You will steer teams through intricate risk assessments and control frameworks, ensuring compliance and resilience against the unique challenges faced by the public sector. While based in Denmark, this role will also have you collaborating across the Nordics, with opportunities for travel and engagement with clients throughout the region.

Additionally, we imagine you’ll bring to the table:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience within or working with the public sector, ideally with experience in infrastructure or energy.
• A strong network in the named areas.
• Strong enterprise risk management and mega-projects understanding.
• Solid knowledge of the Danish political system, government and public sector
• Proficiency in Danish and English, with exceptional communication skills to operate effectively at senior levels within public institutions, and in an international working environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex risks into clear, actionable strategies.
• Driven and curious, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Skilled in their field, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Pleasant to work with, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Direct experience working within or consulting for the public sector
• A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of public sector trends, regulations, news and challenges.
