Your responsibilities will be to:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research toidentifypotential markets, products, and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze data toidentifypatterns and opportunities for growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
dentifyand reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods.

Collaboration:
Work closely with Business Development Managers, Product Managers, and other team members to develop strategies for market entry and product launch.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for new business initiatives.
Sales and Negotiation:
Engage in negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure business deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and results for senior management.

Lead Generation: Number of new leads generated through various outreach methods (cold calling, exhibitions, etc.).

Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into clients.

Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minor in Engineering or a technical field is preferre
Proven experience in business development, product management, marketing, or a related role for at least 3 years.
in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
Inquisitive mindset toidentifyproblems to be solved.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable with cold calling and initiating contact with potential clients.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Travel: Up to 50%
