Timely and Accurate Data Management:You will support providing all necessary payroll data to our outsourced provider promptly and accurately, following the guidance of your manager.
Thorough Validation and Compliance:You'll meticulously check, validate, and reconcile all payroll data to ensure 100% compliance with SOX regulations.
Customer Service Excellence:Reviewing and understanding customer queries, you'll use our Case Management Tool to gather additional information if needed, providing top-notch support to resolve any issues promptly.
Legislation Adaptation:You will learn about legislative changes and process updates, reflecting them accurately in our working instructions and documents.
Collaborative Improvement:You'll work closely with our European payroll team, offering valuable insights and contributing to continuous improvements in our processes.
Third-Party Collaboration:Interact with third-party providers, sharing payroll data and addressing queries efficiently and effectively.
You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Law, Business or other related areas. Master in Human Resources is highly valued.
Familiarity with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices.
Fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
Knowledgeable on MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer service focus.
Good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
