Here, you'll be on the ground floor working across a wide portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions, so no two days will be the same. That could mean working to improve our customers' HR, Customer Service, Compliance, Facilities, Legal or IT solutions through ServiceNow. Wherever you find yourself, you'll be making a visible impact on projects that cross borders and challenge conventional wisdom to encourage transformation. You'll often work on-site, facilitating interesting conversations and presenting to client executives, so you'll need to personally understand and influence our clients.

Your key responsibilities

You'll contribute to the delivery of solutions and processes, manage your workload to meet targets, and engage with clients to provide exceptional service. Your role will also involve supporting sales growth and solution development, including responding to RFPs. Expect to be an integral part of a team that values collaboration and innovation.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Work on a project team across all aspects of a ServiceNow project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team including with offshore team members (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers)
  • Provide guidance and leading practice expertise for ServiceNow process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation
  • Ability to analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps
  • Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and contribute to team goals
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle moderate to complex issues
  • Effective communication and relationship management
  • A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Proficiency in agile delivery, application development, and system integration
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs
  • Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline, with 1-2 years of experience in technology integration or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant ServiceNow project experience
  • 1-2 years of Agile Delivery and Development experience
  • 1-2 years of Application Delivery Process experience
  • 1-2 years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience
  • 1-2 years of Technology Business Requirements Definition, Analysis, and Mapping experience
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced skills in applications integration and system development lifecycle
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Gen AI and intelligent automation capabilities

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,800 to $125,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,900 to $142,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
