Director of Product Management in Gaming, youresponsible forand driving execution ofthe Xbox console ecosystem strategy& roadmap.A significant part of this role isbuilding andsuccessful relationships with partners across HW manufacturers, andto enable you toand align product roadmapscompelling and successful dedicated gaming devicesinto the market.

Required Qualifications:

  • achelor's Degree AND 10+years experiencein product/service/project/program management or hardware development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • yearspeople management experience, leading technical teams.
  • 5+ years working with customers in a pre- or post-salecapacity.
  • Experience withthe SiliconIndustry and Device Manufacturers, and demonstratedhistoryof strategic planning and business developmentin the consumerelectronicsindustry.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or hardware development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • yearspeople management experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with 3rdparty device manufacturers and ship successful products in collaboration.
  • Broad and deep technical background in partnership with the Silicon industry with general knowledge of silicon architecture and manufacturing across CPU and GPU
  • General understanding of hardware development cycle.
  • Ability to influence at the Executive level work across multi-disciplineteams.
  • Proven ability to create business and engineering deals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Passion for the gaming industry
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations.
  • Demonstratedhistoryofbuilding and coachinghigh impact teams.
  • Keen technical aptitude, data focus, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability in creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive culture.

Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
