Responsibilities

• Supervision of deals execution, client onboarding and implementation of cash products
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to drive business growth
• Timely and accurate handling client escalation, communication and resolving conflicts
• Ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate products
• Understanding of applicable regulation to manage risk exposure
• Overview, conduct AML due diligence with clients and navigating internal approval processes for compliance
• Building and maintaining client relationship
• Ensuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction
• Pipeline management
• Support in pricing negotiation, analysis and deal solution structuring
• Apply and update standard operating procedures (e.g. billings adjustments)
• Resolve and remediate discrepancies, customer inquiries, and ad-hoc requests
• Administrate the client's account structure, cash flow and product usage

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude with focus on delivery
• Must be self-motivated and able to research, analyze, organize and prioritize work
• Experience with external customer, initiating communication to internal/external stakeholders preferred
• Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes
• Demonstrate the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
• Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and strong analytical and quantitative skill
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Fluent in English and Portuguese

• Background in Payments and Trade Finance
• Sales experience
