RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead plant maintenance program
• Directly supervise production operators
• Drive productivity improvements
• Enforce compliance
• Drive culture of continuous improvement

• Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams
• Must be available to work required shift as designated

MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience

• Some relevant manufacturing experience
• Efficient with SAP software
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment Conveys information with clarity and directness
• Some relevant leadership experience
• Computer literacy
