Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise production operators
- Drive productivity improvements
- Identify and escalate needs and opportunities
- Enforce compliance with work instructions, policies, and procedures
- Drive culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Employee coaching and development
- Resource management in a dynamic environment
- Talent management
- Review quality output and coach team improvements
- Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams (maintenance, materials planning, safety, quality, etc.)
MUST HAVE
- 3-plus years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- High self-accountability
- 5-plus years of metal fabrication experience
- 5-plus years of machine shop experience
- 3-plus of supervisory experience
- Experience with ERP software (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
- Conveys information with clarity and directness
- 2-year associates degree
