Citi Group Commercial Bank Digital Cash Sales Manager - VP

Key Outline

Based in Ireland, the key priority of this role is to support the Cash Management Sales team cater to Citi Commercial Bank’s existing top clients headquartered in Western European countries and deepen global wallet share. In this role you will be engaging in complex deals through deal review process, monitoring and supporting implementation, and ensuring timely revenue ramp-up. Post implementation, with regular client interaction and review, you will be positioned to perform client analysis to identify new product- and wallet growth opportunities. This is an individual contributor role that is expected to deliver fast sustainable growth with the ability to manage multiple clients’ and stakeholders’ demands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make Citi, the primary international banking partner for our client segments.
  • Identify new product opportunities with an aim to grow wallet share, developing a strong cross-sell pipeline.
  • Conduct regular client account reviews and develop action plan to deliver revenue ramp up and optimise client experience.
  • Regular tracking of deal pipeline and review of implementation and revenue realization
  • Maintain product knowledge to sustain your client advisor position within the client organisation.
  • Provide solutions for all escalated client issues and co-ordinate resolution to deliver excellent client experience.
  • Work with Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) teams across product, sales and implementation to own the execution of the deals won.
  • Increasing customer volumes/revenues in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Travel: 25-50% (across Western Europe)

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills for effective presentations, pitches, and conversions.
  • Experience in managing client relationships with ability to influence others to support client needs
  • Analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex situations and inputs received from multiple sources.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deliverables both for clients and internally.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and solutions leveraging cash product propositions, business drivers, policies, customer needs and market trends.
