In this role, you will: - Manage the complete lifecycle of strategic initiatives from concept through global deployment- Draft program communications- Gather internal and external best practices and conduct external market research to support strategy
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
  • Background building, developing, and managing end-to-end programs in a retail, e-commerce, and/or omni-channel environment
  • Significant industry expertise and broad-scale understanding of the consumer retail market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively plan, communicate, organize, and lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills, including ability to craft value proposition for programs and articulate vision across various teams
  • Laser-focus on customers and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Excel and Keynote is highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Strategic thought leadership to inspire and influence across various levels and functions
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what matters while seeing the big picture and deeply understanding the details
